For commercial pilot students
Peter Balodis was an enthusiastic young pilot who loved every minute he spent in the air. Whether it was flying over his family’s farm or as a bird dog pilot, Peter could always be seen with a smile on his face. This fund will assist young pilots who share the same passion for flying that Peter did. Peter was eager to learn and to be a mentor. He enjoyed working with others and will be remembered for his ability to easily befriend people of all ages and walks of life.
As a young adult, Peter pursued his love of aviation and obtained his commercial pilot’s license at the Greenwood Flight Centre.
